| Instructions |
| 1. Digitally create and one 12" x 10 ½" photo collage. Print on white cardstock. Adhere collage to orange patterned paper. Rip top and bottom of paper so it measures approximately 12" x 11 ½". Zigzag stitch the top and bottom where dark gray cardstock ends. Adhere piece to the gray cardstock. Ink edges. |
| 2. Open Cricut DesignStudio to a 12" x 12" virtual mat. Using Street Sign cartridge, use letters to spell In Daddys Boots so the words will fit inside a 4 ½" x 6 ¾" rectangle. Using Graphically Speaking cartridge, select Icon feature, Shift, and <Imag27-s> and size it to 11.387" x 1 ¼". Select Icon feature, Shift, and <Imag14-s> and size it to 1.189" x 1.131". Select it again and size it to 2.951" x 2.807". Select it a third time and size it to 1.514" x 1.44". |
| 3. From the Preferences menu, select Multi Cut 4 Times. Replace regular blade with Deep Cut Blade & Housing and cut page twice from chipboard twice. Adhere chipboard pieces for each cut on top of one another. |
| 4. Replace Deep Cut Blade & Housing with regular blade. Cut page again from black cardstock. Adhere black cardstock cuts on top of chipboard pieces. Lightly sand edges and set aside. |
| 5. Add another page to the project. Select Icon feature, Shift, and <Imag32-s> and size it to 3.125" x 3.25". Cut page twice, each time from different patterned papers. Ink edges and set aside. |
| 6. Add another page to the project. Select Icon feature, Shift, and <Imag32-s> and size it to 1.335" x 6.626". Cut this page from patterned paper. Ink edges and set aside. |
| 7. Adhere patterned squares and rectangle to layout as shown. |
| 8. Add another page to the project. Copy and past previous star shapes to this page. Cut page from Core’dinations cardstock. Emboss stars using Cuttlebug machine and Script Texture embossing folder. Adhere on top of chipboard stars. Sand edges to reveal color underneath. |
| 9. Add another page to the project. Select Shift and <Imag08-s> and size it to 2.232" x 1.415". Cut page from black cardstock. |
| 10. Assemble layout as shown. |
