| Instructions |
| 1. Wrap bottle in burlap. Secure burlap using red ribbon and lace. Embellish bottle with a spray of pearls. |
| 2. Apply rub-on to cream cardstock. Trim around phrase and back with patterned cardstock. Embellish along bottom of block with red glitter. Punch a hole in the card and tie to bottle using white sheer ribbon. |
| 3. Cut one 4" heart lock from pink and brown cardstock. Layer together and set aside. |
| 4. Cut two 2" hearts from patterned cardstock. Embellish edges with brown glitter. |
| 5. Adhere first heart to pearl spray. Adhere second heart to heart lock using foam squares. Tie heart lock to bottle using white sheer ribbon. |
