1. For “play” side, cut red background at 5 1⁄2” x 4 1⁄2”. Mount kraft cardstock cut at 2” x 4 1⁄2” onto red. Layer argyle cut at 3 1⁄2” x 4 1⁄2” onto kraft. Layer word paper cut at 4” x 2 1⁄2” onto argyle. Using Recess cartridge, cut at 1 1⁄2” in blue cardstock. Cut in red. Press Layer Feature key and cut at 1 1⁄2” in yellow cardstock. Cut in green. Glue all layers together. Using white pen, create faux stitching on “play” word art and background. Adhere.

2. For cuts on “play” side, unselect Layer feature key. Then, cut at 2 1⁄4” in orange, then cut in cream. Select Layer feature key. Then, cut at 2 1⁄4” in black, then cut in blue. Glue all layers together.

3. Unselect Layer feature key. Then, cut at 2 1⁄4” in red, then cut in blue. Select Layer feature key. Then, cut at 2 1⁄4” in yellow, then cut in black. Glue all layers together.

4. Unselect Layer feature key. Then, cut at 2 1⁄4” in black, then cut in blue. Select Layer feature key. Then, cut at 2 1⁄4” in green, then cut in red. Glue all layers together.

5. Arrange cuts on background and adhere.

6. For “learn” side, cut red background at 5 1⁄2” x 4 1⁄2”. Mount kraft cardstock cut at 1” x 3 For “learn” side, cut red background at 5 1⁄2” x 4 1⁄2”. Mount kraft cardstock cut at 1” x 3 1⁄2” onto red. Layer word paper cut at 4” x 5” onto kraft. . Layer argyle paper cut at 3 3⁄4” x 3 1⁄4” onto word paper. Using Recess cartridge, cut at 1 1⁄4” in green cardstock. Cut in orange. Press Layer Feature key and cut at 1 1⁄4” in yellow cardstock. Cut in red. Glue all layers together. Using white pen, create faux stitching on “learn” word art and background. Adhere.

7. For cuts on “learn” side, unselect Layer feature key. Then, cut at 3” in black, then cut in dark brown. Select Layer feature key. Then, cut at 3” in light brown, then cut in yellow. Glue all layers together.

8. Unselect Layer feature key. Then, cut at 3/4” in grey, then cut in cream. Select Layer feature key. Then, cut at 3⁄4” in white, then cut in red. Glue all layers together.

9. Arrange owl, diploma and learn on background and adhere.

10. For “schoolhouse” side, cut kraft background at 5 1⁄2” x 4 3⁄4”. Mount red polka dot paper cut at 3 3⁄4” x 4 3⁄4” onto kraft. Layer green patterned cut at 4” x 1” onto red polka dot. Layer word paper cut at 3 3⁄4” x 5” onto polka dot. Using Recess cartridge, cut at 1 1⁄2” in green cardstock. Cut in red. Press Layer Feature key and cut at 1 1⁄2” in blue cardstock. Cut in orange. Glue all layers together. Using white pen, create faux stitching on “school” word art and background. Adhere.

11. For cuts on “schoolhouse” side, unselect Layer feature key. Then, cut at 3 1⁄2” in blue, then cut in black. Select Layer feature key. Then, cut at 3 1⁄2” in red, then cut in yellow. Glue all layers together.

12. Unselect Layer feature key. Then, cut at 1 1⁄2” in brown, then cut in gold. Select Layer feature key. Then, cut at 1 1⁄2” in blue, then cut in yellow. Glue all layers together. Glue onto “school” word art. Glue “school” word art onto 4” x 1 3⁄4” piece of kraft paper. Decorate with white gel pen

13. For “Hit the Books” side, cut kraft background at 5 1⁄2” x 4 3⁄4”. Mount red cardstock cut at 1” x 3 1⁄2” and green strip cut at 1” x 3 3⁄4” onto kraft. Layer word paper cut at 4” x 5” onto kraft. Layer star paper cut at 1” x 4” onto word paper. Using Recess cartridge, cut at 1 1⁄2” in green cardstock. Cut in black. Press Layer Feature key and cut at 1 1⁄2” in red cardstock. Cut in blue. Glue all layers together. Using white pen, create faux stitching on “school” word art and background. Adhere.

14. For cuts on “Hit the Books” side, unselect Layer feature key. Then, cut at 2” in beige, then cut in green. Select Layer feature key. Then, cut at 2” in blue, then cut in red. Glue all layers together. Adhere to background

15. Insert four background pieces into tissue holder. Trace top of tissue paper holder onto red cardstock and cut out. Adhere to inside of holder.
