| This is a 4x7" card using the coluzzle system. |
| Instructions |
| 1. Start with a 8x4" piece of blue cardstock and fold in half. |
| 2. Cut an open square from pink cardstock and deco edge the outstide with your bug cuts scallop scissors. Adhere to card. |
| 3. From your coluzzle alphabet template, cut the title, "let's party" from white cardstock and adhere. Trace each letter with blue pen. |
| 4. From your pop up birthday coluzzle template, cut the party hat. Cut off the bottom edge of the hat. |
| 5. At the bottom, stamp: "surpise" with the stamps that come with the template. |
| 6. Trace the edges of the hat with blue ink. |
| 7. Adhere pink buttons all over the hat. You can also sand the edges of the hat, if desired. |
| 8. Adhere the hat to the top of the card, making sure to adhere it down far enough that the hat is sturdy. |
