Provo Craft

This layout was made in school theme for my oldest daughter's senior year of high school, and at the same time, my oldest son's freshman year of high school. I was just wondering, was the campus big enough for the both of them--lol!

Instructions

1. Each picture is sized, 3.5-inches-x-8-inches. Obtain or print two copies of each picture. Using the coluzzle star template, cut out a star from each copy of the pictures, where appropriate, from the subjects' heads. Edge/outline each of the stars with the blue glitter pen. Using pop dots for dimension, attach stars on top of the pictures that will be used on the layout. Set aside.

2. Using the Cricut Expression Machine/Plantin Schoolbook cartridge, Tall Ball feature on, cut four 1-inch scallop pieces from the black cardstock. Piece two of them together to make an almost 8-inch border. Piece the other two together to make another border. Set aside.

3. With the Tall Ball Feature on, cut 2011 and 2008 from the blue cardstock from Southwest pack, at 1-inch. Attach to black scallop borders cut earlier and color in with the blue glitter pen and outline with the white gel pen. Set aside.

4. With the Roly Poly feature on, cut AHS from the yellow-ish cardstock from Southwest pack, at 2.5-inches. Edge letters with black ink pad. Attach to the middle of the red cardstock from Southwest pack.

5. Computer journal names on white cardstock. Using the coluzzle tab set, position tab over the names and cut. Color over the names with the yellow highlighter. Color the other half of the tabs with blue glitter pen. Attach one tab to the bottom of one of the photos and attach the other tab to the top of the other photo using brads.

6. Attach black scallop borders on the very right and left sides of the red cardstock. Attach the photos as shown.

7. Computer journal, print, and cut out journaling as strips. Attach to layout as shown.
